In this study: two kinds of effective microorganism, which are confected by our lab, are compared to EM, CM(treatment 2) and BL(treatment 3) used widely with application effect to offer scientific data for developing the fertilizer with better results and holding property right. In the course of study, the biological organic compost is made of using microorganism preparation to deal with the agricultural organic waste. It may bring bio-fertilizer into influence on improving soil environment; increasing crop yield and reforming product reality, contemporary offer a new approach for exploring the agricultural organic waste.1. Employing organic fertilizer could ameliorate the character of soil, increase the capacity of soil nutrient providing and advance soil biological activities. Total trend as follow: biological-organic fertilizer>traditional-organic fertilizer>no fertilizer. Compared with several various bio-organic fertilizer, effect of EM(treatment 1) was best, secondly it was B# (treatment 4) and M#(treatment 5) which was confected by our lab. Others had respective character. For example, in treatmentl, 4 and 5, soil positive ion exchange is improved more obvious, rest soil physical properties were improved on similar trend. Increasing sequence of organism and total N as follow: treatment 1, 2 , 4, 5, 3. Enhancement of soil available nutrient was highest in treatment 1, treatment 4 and 5 on the second place. On aspect of improving biological property, because different kinds bioorganic fertilizer contained various microorganism, distinct superiority community was formed.2.Effect of organic fertilizer was embodied in adding yield and ameliorating quality. On ascending aspect, bio-organic fertilizer excelled to traditional-organic fertilizer. Compared with it yield declined 0.8%~23.62% and the content of corn seed coarse protein reduced 4.48%~7.26% in traditional-organic fertilizer treatment. The wheat yield was highest in treatment 1, next was treatment 4 and 5. In yield sequence as follow: treatment l,4,5,3,2,6(tradational compost),7(ck), corn yield with similar tread. The effect of improving product quality was show by measuring seed core protein. The highest value is 6.84% in treatment 1. The second was treatment 5. But, the difference was not notable among various bio-organic fertilizer treatments.
