Dendroclamopsis oldhami is one of important bamboo species that cultivated in purpose of shoot and timber in South of our country, specially, cultivated generally in Zhejiang, Taiwan and Fujian province. With growing rapidly, growing into forest fast, longer shoot-yield time, output high, nutrient and extremely good ecological benefits of conserving the source of water, conserving soil and water, beautifying the environments etc, the cultivated area expand constantly. But the weak research foundation can not meet the demands of production and practices at present. This thesis studies shoot-used Dendroclamopsis oldhami plantation on the model of biomass, law of shooting and bamboo growth, photosynthetic and respiratory characteristics of leaves during shoot-yielding, physiological and bio-chemical characteristic of flowering bamboo, shoot nutrition, effect of fertilizer application and management of bamboo plantation. The main results are listed as follows.1. All biomass and different organic biomass of individual bamboo tended to increase with diameter at breast height of age. However, average bamboo moisture content tended to decrease with age. Moisture content of leaf, twig and stem reduced with increasing of height of bamboo. N, P and K content of different organ became different, changing of stem, root and shoot distinctly, but twig and leaf within limit.2. There were obvious difference in the characteristics of the various position leaves of the 3 ages bamboo during various growing shoots. The specific weight of leaves in prosperous stages of growing shoots is higher than in initial stages and last stages, and have the tendency of decreasing with growing age of bamboo and getting higher with the position leaves growing; the net photosynthetic rate in prosperous stages is higher than that in initial stages, but the light and the dark respiratory rate in initial stages is higher than in prosperous stages, and they have great variability in the various age bamboo and the various position leaves; the N, P and K content decreased from initial stages to prosperous stages during the shooting period, the change of the N content is la>2a >3a, which in the middle height layers is the highest; the P ,K content have the tendency of decreasing with the higher layers and increasing with growing age of bamboo.3. Through analyzing those characteristics of flowering and no-flowering bamboo with one-year old and two-year old, including specific weight, chlorophyll content photosynthetic rate , respiratory rate and the content of N, P and K, the results showed that the mean specific weight and total chlorophyll reduced by 12.75% and 21.79% ; the mean net photosynthetic rate and photosynthetic coefficient decreased by 10.02% and 27.52; the mean light respiratory rate and dark respiratory rate increased by 64.52% and 17.90%, by comparing the flowering and no-flowering bamboo. The analysis also showed the flowering bamboo had lower assimilation and stronger dissimilation ability than the no-flowering bamboo. Comparing on the content of N, P and K elements in different apparatus, the parts under ground were the most distinct, the content of N, P and K in flowering bamboo reduced by 17.02%, 33.76%and 29.84% respectively , and the stem under ground reduced by 27.43% , 66.63% and 51.17% respectively. But the content of N, P and K in the stem, branch and leaf of flowering bamboo had the tendency of getting higher, comparing the no-flowering bamboo .4. Young bamboo followed the growth law on "slow-fast-slow", lasting about 90 days. The finding during the observation for 47 days indicated that the growth rate at night was 1.874 times than during the day, but after raining constantly, its growth rate change was small. Affected by key factors such as temperature, humidity, shoot to young bamboo would be changing all the time.5. N, P and K content from shoot base to tip increased by 2.16, 2.58 and 1.48 times respectively. Nutrition concentration, including votive sugar, total soluble sugar, cane sugar, starch, rough...
