In this paper, we rather systemly study biological characteristic and characteristic of Cd-enrichment of the edible and medicinal fungi-Agaricus blazei Murrill and probe into several possible cause what influence Cd-enrichment of hgaricus blazei Murrill through submerged culture and solid fermentation ( substitute material ) respectively. Ion-resisting can be applied to tackle this problem in order to one resolvent can be found out to this edible and medicinal fungi whose value is very high and also Cd-content is very high. AbM is one of herbaceous saprophyic fungus which is favorite to humidity , high temperature and can't tolerate lower temperature that general seed preservation in 0~10 can't keep it alive again. Growth of Agaricus blazei Murrill's mycelium demands great on not only oxygen but also manure such as bovine dung and glucose. Either mycelium from liquid fermentation or fruit body of Agaricus blazei Murrill have a strong capability in Cd-enrichment. The cause possiblely is that high-content polysaccharides, particular component of fungi, high-content animo acid concerned Cd-enrichment and presence of Cd-combined protein.In this paper ,we introduce ion-resist in the system of liquid-suspending cell of AbM.Among these resisting ion, the most capable to resisting Cd is Cu2+, next is Zn2+, Fe2+and Ca2+.We also testify this effect of resisting essentially is a kind of effect of "interacting" .We select 0.01%ZnSO4 and 1%Ca3 (PO4)2 as ion-resist substance to add into cultured feed through research and analysis from relation between resisting ion and ABM's metabolizing.The results indicate that Cd-content of group using resisting-ion is 20-30% less than group of control.But the goal is genuinely not attained in line with standard of FAO/WHO.Submerged culture is ideal resolvent to this problem.We choose staple material from industry such as leguminous, corn flour and yeast extract to pick out direction by intercrossing experiment for producing mycelia of kgaricus blazei Murrill. We also conduct amino acid assay and polysaccharides assay which compare component with fruit bodies and mycelia of hgaricus blazei. Those experiments prove it feasible to producing mycelia oikgaricus blazei Murrill by using staple material from industrial and submerged culture. But the difference between fruit bodies and mycelia need further studies by further experiment such as zoic examination etc.
