| This article mainly studied the technology about the scrap of Agaricus bisporus cultivation material used to continuously cropping cultivated Agaricus blazei Murrill, which could relieve the contradiction between Agaricus bisporus and Agaricus blazei Murrill fighting for cultivation raw material and increase the biogenetic transforming rate of cultivation material. It was certificated that this technology was feasible. Until now this technology research was not reported in Domestic and overseas. The results were as follows:1,Among the different input cultivation material, the distinction for yields of the former stubble Agaricus bisporus was significant extremely and for the latter stubble Agaricus blazei Murrill was not significant. Among the input cultivation material 20ãŽ/㎡,25ãŽ/㎡,30ãŽ/㎡ the yields of continuous cropping Agarics were 9.70kg/㎡,11.76kg/㎡,12.44kg/㎡. And the yields of Agaricus blazei Murrill were 3.03kg/㎡,3.38kg/㎡,3.46kg/㎡. The biological transformation rates of continuous cropping cultivating Agaricus bisporus,Agaricus blazei Murrill were 63.65%,60.56%,52.90% , respectively.2,Comparing with the yield of Agaricus bisporus and Agaricus blazei Murrill whose cultivation material were adopted for twice fermentation, the yields of Agaricus bisporus and Agaricus blazei Murrill whose cultivation material was adopted thrice fermentation was increased from 10.76ãŽ/㎡ to 11.52ãŽ/㎡and from 2.99ãŽ/㎡ to3.45ãŽ/㎡respectively. The distinction for yields of Agaricus bisporus and Agaricus blazei Merrill were not significant.3,The content of N,P,K in cultivation material was increasing from Agaricus bisporus sowing to the end of its harvesting. The change fluctuated for N,P,K content and the content of crude fiber and Lignin was declining among different tide mushroom .4,The yield of Agaricus blazei Murrill which was cultivated on April 15 was 3.41kg/m2 , it could increase 8.20% to 3.31% than the yield of Agaricus blazei Murrill which was cultivated on March 15 and April 1.5,The yield of the latter stubble Agaricus blazei Murrill could achieved 3.41ãŽ/㎡ it increased production 3.65% and 5.57% than the yield of the latter stubble Agaricus blazei Murrill which was drilled and bubbled .6,The growth speed was the fastest and the bat hyphen was thickly white when it was cultivated by nutrition prescription soybean powder 1.0ãŽ,barn powder 0.25ãŽ,ammonium soleplate 0.2ãŽ,. It was highest for the average yield of Agaricus blazei Murrill which was cultivated by nutrition prescription soybean powder 1.5ãŽ,barmy powder 0.75ãŽ,ammonium soleplate 0.2ãŽ,it was 3.76ãŽ/㎡, it increased production 9.62% comparing with check variety. It was extremely significant among the yields of Agaricus blazei Murril when it were cultivated by different nutrition prescription.7,The growth speed of the bat hyphen of the isolate A5,A6 was the fastest . Also it could reach 0.29ãŽ/d and the bat hyphen was thick white. The yield of A8 was the highest, its average yield could reach 3.42ãŽ/㎡. It was extremely significant among the yields of the different Agaricus blazei Murrills isolate.8,The content of Cd,As,Pb of Agaricus blazei Murrill when it was cultivated by the scrap of Agaricus bisporus cultivar material in bed was lower than those by convention method in bed. |
