Newborn piglet has the ability of acquiring integrity immunoglobulin from colostrum to gain passive immunity ,Which will disappear known as "gut closure"that relate to the development of alvine in a short time after birth. No study on the relation so far, and we 've done the work.Histochemistry of PbS,NADPH,TB,Silver Staining to show ACP,Diaphorase,MC,Enteronal endocrine cell. Immunohistochemistry of IgG to show the absorption of colostrum IgG. Deep study on the relation between tissue's daily diversification and nutrition transportation and immunity in piglet's alvine have been done.Results:(1)The intestine villus became shorter and wall thicker with days pass by.Nucleus epigyny appeared in 0 days old jujunum. (2)IgG positive vesicles appeared in column nucleus fuctuation where ACP located in 0,5 days old jejunum and ileum. The number and positive degree of vesicle were the most which declined with days pass by. The distribution of vesicle and ACP was alike. (3)NADPH positive degree was stronger on top of column cell's nucleus and in the myenteric nerve plexus than in other alvine tissue. (4) Outside of PP germnal center in 5,28 days old jejunum and ileum there were few cells with big nucleus(some was deflect),little IgG positive plasm; The plasm in blood vessles and lymphatic vessles was IgG positive. (5)Few cells with spindly shape ,high plasm density and many vesicles in earlier stage duodenum which is maybe a new type of cell. (6)MC was mostly situated in lamina propria and ditributed along tiny blood vessles, MC appeared till 5 days old in jejunum and ileum,of which the density was 0.71+0.31 and 2.17+0.18 per mm2,density of 28 days old was 9.43+1.49 and 4.99+0.04 per mm2.The positive sequence of MC density in earlier days was duodenum,ileum jejunum, and the highest density was in jejunum in 28 days old . (7)Taper was the primary shape in enteronal endocretion cells,and the density of which was the highest at birth but declined with days pass by.In Conclusion: Endocytosis which will stop in a short time after birth is the main fashion for newborn piglets to transport macromolecule ,and digest inside cell occurred along macromolecule endocytosised. The gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT) is inmature in earlier stage after birth ,and there is no MC in jejunum and ileum at the same time. The number of MC will increase with the development of GALT. All the fact clues to the piont that MC primarily acts as immunoeffective cell to exert effection in earlier stage after birth.The highest density of enteronal endocretion cells appeared at birth but declined with days pass by .
