The relevances between genetic effect of different site and butter faU lactoproteku lactose> dry matter and the somatic cell number in milk were calculated . It was protfed that the 12 locus are of higt polymorphism, the heterozygosity is between 0.64 and 0.86, polymorphic information contents (PIC) is over 0.60, the highest PIC valve of ILST093 is 0.85. There are 4 alleles and 8 genotypes in the locus of BM6438, and B is superior gene and BB is superior genotype . There are 5 alleles and 10 genotypes in the locus of BMS2321, and B is superior gene and BB is superior genotype . There are 6 alleles and 13 genotypes in the locus of BMS711 , and D is superior gene and DD is superior genotype . There are 7 alleles and 17 genotypes in the locus of BM415, and E is superior gene and EE is superior genotype . There are 7 alleles and 12 genotypes in the locus of ILST035, and C is superior gene and CC is superior genotype . There are 9 alleles and 20 genotypes in the locus of ILST093 , and E is superior gene and BF is superior genotype . There are 6 alleles and 7 genotypes in the locus of BM6425, and A is superior gene and AE is superior genotype . There are 5 alleles and 12 genotypes in the locus of UWCAl, and C is superior gene and CC is superior genotype . Locus BMS711 has distinct influence on milk butter fat, and DD and AC are superiorgenotypes. Locus BM1905 is remarkable related to the lactose percentage ofmilk, it is manifested that EF,AC and CC genotype . Locus BMS711,BM6425 and BM1815 have high variance analysis valve to the number of somatic cell. Locus BMS2321 has significant deviaition on the ratio of milk butter fat. Locus BMS2321, BM6425 and UWCA1 have more evident influence on the lactoprotein and dry matter than that of field litter size and paternal effect. Locus BM6438 has insignificant effect on the 5 traits , and there is no significant differences between any genotypes of the 5 traits. |
