Effects of Daidzein, Cysteamine. IP98, Fluoride on the production and bone metablism of the later cage layers were studied. The present research includes two parts as follows:1. Effects of Daidzein, Cysteamine on preventing and curing osteoporosis in cage layersObjective: Effects of Cystemine and Daidzein on preventing and curing osteoporosis in cage layers,Methods: One thousand and five hundred ISA cage layers were randomly divided into 3 groups. After acclimated for one week, They were fed with basic diet(Control) . basic diet+400mg/kgCysteamine(GroupCysteamine), and basic diet+10mg/kgDaidzein (Group Daidzein) respectively for 9 weeks.Results: (1) Compared with the control, both Cysteamine and Daidzein could increase laying rate significantly(P < 0.01). decrease abnormal and broken egg ratio significantly (P < 0.01), decrease feed/egg rate significantly (P < 0.01). (2) Compared with the control, eggshell thickness of group Cysteamine was increased 0.003cm and intensity of eggshell were increased to 0.041kg/cm2(P<0.01), that of group Daidzein was 0.002cm and 0.09kg/cm2, but the index of egg shape was unchanged significantly(P>0.05). (3) Compared with the control , AKP and BGP levels of group Cysteamine and Daidzein was decrease (P<0.05). (4) Compared with the control, tibia HMD of group Cysteamine and Daidzein were increased 7%(p>0.05) and 19%(p<0.05). humerus BMD of group Cysteamine and Daidzein were increased 5%(p>0.05) and 1 l%(p>0.05).Conclusion: (1) Both Cysteamine and Daidzein could improve the production performance significantly (P < 0.01) ,but the effects of Cysteamine were better than the that's of Daidzein.(2) Both Cysteamine and Daidzein could improve bone quality.but effects of Daidzein were better than Cysteamine.2. Effects of compound IP98 additive on preventing and curing osteoporosis in cage layersObjective: Effects of IP98 compound additive on preventing and curing osteoporosis in cage layers.Methods: Sixty cage layers were randomly divided into 5 groups. After acclimated for one week, They were fed with basic diet(Group A), basic diet +200mg/kgMFP+25mg/kg IP98(Group B), basic diet+25mg/kg IP98(Group C). basic diet+400mg/kg Cysteamine(GroupD), basic diet+400mg/kg Cysteamine+25mg/kg IP98(Group E) respectively for 60 days.Result: (1)Compared with Group A, Group B, Group C, Group D and Group E could improve the production performance significantly(P<0.01 ).but the effects of Group E was the best than the others; (2)Compared wth other Groups. Group D had the most eggshell thickness, Group C had the most eggshell intensity; (3)Compared with the levels of AKP, BGP, StrACP of Group A. the levels of AKP, BGP of other Groups were decreased(P<0.01). but the level of StrACP of other Groups was unchanged significantly(P>0.05).(4)Compared with Group A, other groups could improve BMD of left humerus, Group E, Group D could improve BMD of left tibia. Group D could improve BMD of left femoral(P>0.05).Conclusion: Group E could improve production performance and bone quality...
