This paper studies on the soil groups of the Actinomycetes at the main woods in region at Huoditang in Qinling mountains . This experiment identifies in totally 10 genera and 46 types , These are the Streptomyces, the Micromonospora the Streptosporangium, the Nocardia and the Altinomospora,the Actinoplanes,the Actinospo rangium,the Actinopycnidium globosa knass,the Psendonocardia Henssen, the Oerskovia.The Streptomyces is the dominant genus, the types are the dominant. Total srains isolated in 10 types.The studies proved to its have the difference in the amounts and the types at the different altitudes from the HuaBei larch woods in the bottom soil Actinomycetes groups. This paper studies on the bottom soil groups of the Actinomycetes at the 2200m altitudes larch woods is pure,The good soil sample is the reason of the Actinomycetes amounts in the soil in its woods are more with the types. But in 1640m ,because the human being activity is multifarious,The humus layer is broken more serious, lead the actinomycetes amounts to be less than the types in 2200 m.In same altitudes in the Quercus aliena woods > Pinus tabulaeformis and Quercus aliena woodsN Pinus tabulaeformis woods, The compare is proved to inside the Actinomycetes ecology distribution of these three kinds of woods in the Pinus tabulaeformis and Quercus aliena woods the amounts and the groups are the dominant,the second is in the Quercus aliena woods , and than the Pinus tabulaeformis woods. Because the nourishment resolves thing variety in the Pinus tabulaeformis and Quercus aliena woods, cause its groups and types variety, but the groups in the Quercus aliena woods mostly because broad-leaved wood inside the humus layer on ground complicacy varieties, therefore showing like this of varieties.Different Actinomycetes kinds of degree of depth of soil have also different quantity , under the HuaBei larch woods, We can conclude, relatively more, not in the types who mould belong to Actinomyces quantity layers of soil B generally, Kinds of levels at cause the changes of type not to to concentrate on mostly some a common Streptomyces ,but in belonging to( nocardia, pseudonocardia , actinosporangium,etc.) too. This law is suitable for the Pinus tabulaeformis and Quercus aliena woods , thePinus tabulaeformis woods,the Quercus aliena woods and the Abies chensiensis woods equally.The changes of season bring soil the differences of microenvironments, the changes also occur in the amounts and types of the Actinomycetes( this already been carried in analysing and at chapter three result). Most a obvious one to show under altitude 2300m the Abies chensiensis woods and the changes of quantity have soil Actinomycetes type. The amounts in spring less than the amounts in autumn,the amounts in summer are the most; The Actinomycetes type is less than the types of autumn in spring, the type exceeds two seasons of spring and autumn obviously in summer.The area where the soil is gathered is different, has displayed the weather type mainly, the difference between stand, vegetation and altitude ; stand, the differences of vegetation, reflect dead leaf thickness, formation composition and living beings interfere management style differently forest sour alkali ones soil component part; Soil factor has displayed the type of soil, nature, keeping in touch with amount, organic content, character and formation differently differently; The changes of season change the water hot stateses of soil, sour alkali one, period of decomposition, Content, nature and forming of the organic matter,etc., get in touch each other in these factors , Interaction , influence the kind of the Actinomycetes and distribution of the amounts commonly.
