As one of the main components of soil microbe, algae exerts direct or indirect impact on the formation of the soil and the improvement of the soil fertility. Comparison of the experiment under the condition of darkness and that exposed to regular illumination, the paper was intended to analyze the effect of parameters such as illumination, plant and compound algae on the soil microorganism community, soil enzyme and soil fertility including soil moisture, soil pH value, soil organic matters, soil nitrogen, soil available P.By the method of graphs and extremedifference analysis after 0, 40, 80, 120, 160-days cultivation, results showed that three parameters of illumination plant and compound algae played the important role to the variety of the soil microorganism community, soil fertility and soil enzyme. As for the variety of the soil microorganism community, compound algae was essential to the overall increase of the number of bacteria, actinomycetess fungi and microbe for a period of 80 days. While after 80 days, it was compound algae and illumination that is the dominant factor increasing the number of soil microbe. As far as soil fertilitywas concerned, compound algae was the main cause of soil moisture, soil organic matters, soil nitrogen, soil available P for a period of 80 days While after 80 days, it is illumination that is the dominant factor influencing the improvement of soil moisture, soil organic matter and soil nitrogen except available P which was still controlled mainly by compound algae. Besides compound algae and illumination were critical to the activities of the soil enzyme. Indication showed that of the three parameters, compound algae and illumination played a more important role than the plant does. Also, the analysis of the relevance of the soil algae and the number of soil microbe with soil fertility and soil enzyme indicated a most close relation, especially with bacteria, fungi, soil pH value, soil organic matter, soil nitrogen. It is demonstrated that soil algae obviously influenced the improvement of the soil microbe. The increase of the soil fertility and the rising of the activities of soil enzyme, especially with the combination of the plant.
