Abstract:There are a large varity of microbe in the soil. They are carrying on a series biochemical reactiones, which are required for normal and healthy soil. The soil microbe takes part in the cycle of C, N, P, S and other elements and the processes of mineralization. In the process of soil quality change, soil microbe is a relatively better maker for the change. The soil change can be predicted by soil microbe, since it is a more sensitive standard. The amount of microbe is investageted and disussed as the parameter together with soil biota, microbial respiration, enzyme activities and microbial diversity when the soil quality are measured. In the first part of this thesis, the influence of the soil microbe to the plant and the soil was analyzed.20 Lolium multiflorum seeds were inoculated to duplicate samples seperately in the sterilized and the unsterilized soil. The germination percentage and germination time points were recorded. The amount of soil microbe were antified at Day 0 , 30, 60 and 90. The growth of the plant were measured at day 30 ,40, and 60 as well. Evaluated with the alga amount, bacteria amount, germination prcentage, germination time, MDA content, soluble protein content, bilmass, plant height and root length, we found that soil microorganism had no significant influence on the germination time and germination prcentage of Lolium multiflorum but a significant positive influence on the plant growth later.
