Research Of The Developing Scale On City's Vegetable Equipment Agriculture

Equipment agriculture, the factory, intensive and technological agriculture, is called "the agriculture in the condition of manual-dominated environment" abroad. This kind of agriculture, which is advantageous to the yearly supply of vegetables, aquatic products, melons, fruits, live stocks and fowls, has become an inexorable trend in the sustainable agricultural development and a key symbol of modem agriculture. Since 1990s, the factory greenhouses have accounted for sixty to eighty percent of the agricultural areas in U.S.A. France and Holland. In China, with the development of socialist market economy, general public's living standard has been greatly enhanced and the food structure has been adjusted. Government at all levels attach great importance to the development of equipment agriculture. The systems of mayor's responsibility for "vegetable planting" have been strong it reinforced. More and more enterprises and private businessmen are being interested in the investment of equipment agriculture. As far as vegetable equipment agriculture is concerned, vegetable's demand in cities is on the increase, particularly the against-season and non-polluted vegetables are highly needed. At the same time, the problem of moderate degree in the developing scale of vegetable equipment agriculture has not been reasonably resolved. Vegetable's supply possesses the feature of cyclicity and non-resistant to preservation, so provided vegetable equipment agriculture is over-developed, it is unavoidable that the vegetable's price will go down, as a result, farmers will be seriously hurt. In the long run, the ordinary production of equipment agriculture will be destroyed. On the other hand, if this agriculture can't be fully developed, the demand for vegetables will exceed the supply, then it is hard to fulfill people's living requirements and the stability and development of the city can be affected. Now the urgent issue is to research the developing scale of the vegetable equipment agriculture in cities.The course of history of China's vegetable equipment agriculture and the current condition of its development are introduced and the interior and exterior surroundings affecting the development of equipment agriculture are analyzed in this paper. This paper also raises some concrete steps and measures to carry out the research of the developing scale in equipment agriculture of city and illustrates the necessity to apply GM(1,1) model into the study of this agriculture as well as the concrete procedures of forecasting imitation. The developing scale of the future vegetable equipment agriculture of city is studied, combined with some objective plans in this paper.Finally, the scale research of vegetable agriculture is conducted, the city of Wuhan is taken for example and a practical plan with the assessment is put forward in this paper.
