This paper have studied the industrial productive procedure and technical parameters of porcine serum immunoglobulin, and successfully used ELISA method to detect the contents of IgG in sample and product. The results show that:The industrial productive procedure of IgG are,Whole blood blood plasma 1st salting-out 2nd salting-out IgG (crude) desalting spray-drying IgG productThe optimum technical parameters of de-fibrin are, temperature:10℃, stirring-speed: 60r/min, infuse speed of saturated ammonium sulphate solution is 94ml/min, and keep 2 hours. The optimum technical parameters of IgG extracting are, temperature:10℃, stirring-speed: 60r/min, infuse speed of saturated ammonium sulphate solution is 94ml/min, and keep 1.5 hours. The optimum IgG spray-drying conditions are, IgG content in solution is 10%, wind-in temperature is 150℃,wind-out temperature is 80℃.
