| Hypsizgus Marmoreus is delicious,nutritious and has a broad market prospect.At present,the industrial production of Hypsizgus Marmoreus has been realized,but the technical parameters in the industrial production process is still lack of systematic research and report.Under the condition of factory cultivation and management,this study screened the strains of Hypsizgus Marmoreus.On this basis,we used Design-Expert v8.0 software to design and study the formula,and optimized the cultivation parameters of the factory cultivation of Hypsizgus Marmoreus,in order to provide data support and theoretical guidance for the factory production of Hypsizgus Marmoreus in China.The main results are as follows:(1)Among the six strains tested,A4 showed the most stable and high yield.The hypha of A4 strain grows fastest,and its sparse color is white and stable.The highest yield of fruiting body was131.4g,and the period of fruiting was 20 days.(2)The second regression equation(P = 0.00131)showed that the peak yield per unit area of Hypsizgus Marmoreus was 142.7856 g,and the corresponding proportion of formula was sawdust15.21%,corncob 20.04%,rice bran 34.97%,bran 14.78%,cottonseed shell 10%,corn flour 5%.The unit yield of this formula is 143.82 g,which is close to the calculated peak value.According to the actual production demand,the final formula proportion of the industrial production of Hypsizgus Marmoreus is: sawdust 15%,corncob 20%,rice bran 35%,bran 15%,cottonseed shell10%,corn flour 5%.(3)In the industrial production of Hypsizgus Marmoreus,the optimized p H value of raw materials is 7.5,the water content is 64%,and the bottling weight is 440 G.The optimal p H regulator in production is calcium hydroxide.(4)In the industrial production of Hypsizgus Marmoreus,the optimum technological parameters of culture stage are: temperature 21 ℃,relative humidity 70%,carbon dioxide concentration 0.2%. |
