The microsatellite loci are used in this experiment to analysis the genetic diversity of 352 sheep of eight local populations (Bashibai, Celehei, Duolang, Hetian, Kalakor, Kerkez, Tashikerg, Yech) . It can be offer the basis of protection and use of local resource. We get some results as following:1.The 28 microsatellites loci are selected from published cattle and sheep loci in this experiment. We analysize the genetic variation of eight populations and get 271 alleles, which show that the polymorphologic of these 30 loci is abundant in these eight populations.2.We get the allele frequency with the POPGENE program. Accordingly,we calculate ,and and, which is 0.6420~0.6929,0.7022~0.7380,1.1~1.6 respectively. The result show that the genetic variations is abundant. 3.We analysis the gene flow between populations. We find the leve of gene flow between Khalkhas sheep and yecheng sheep is high, others is almost in a same level.we draw this conclusion that the gene exchage between populations is relatively active4. We calculate the HT, HS andGst. We find the genetic variation between populations is 4.25% of that of totle population. We safetly draw a conclusion that the genetic variation between populations is not high.5. we get the and by the GDA program. The results show that the genetic distance between populations vary inapparently. According to and ,we make NJ and UPGMA cluster. The reconstruct tree by NJ method match with that of by UPGMA method,so the result is reliable.
