The 7 sheep populations of China were analyzed with the microsatellite marker technology. The 7 local sheep populations were: Qiao Ke Sheep, Can Jia Sheep, Ou La Sheep, Min Xian Black Fur Sheep breeds in Gansu province, Han Zhong Sheep and Tong Sheep in Shaanxi province , and the Poll Dorset as a control sheep breedo The thesis described the genetic connection in breeds . analyzed the gene and how to save them;how to draw the rules to conserve them.1. The 30 microsatellite loci were selected in the thesis, part of the results were got on the MB067 locus , and on the BL6 locus, there was nothing in all of sheep populations,, Other of loci showed highly diversity in all of breeds. Except the BL6, BMS1678, ILSTS021 loci, the other 27 loci showed high PIC value,. There were 7 loci which PIC value was between 0. 50~0. 60, and 15 loci which PIC value was between 0. 60~0. 70, and the other loci which the PIC value was between 0. 70~0. 80 in all of 27 diversity locio The MB6526 locus' PIC value was the highest , it was 0.7824 in all locio2. The thesis analyzed the alleles frequencies with the GDA and GENEPOP soft pack, and on the base of the alleles frequencies , described the heterozygosity(gene diversity), the effective number of allele. The results showed: the 7 sheep breeds mean heterozygosity was between 0.56 ~ 0.91 , the average heterozygosity in each population value was 0. 47~0. 80, and coefficient of gene differentiation was 0.14. the effective alleles number was from 1to 8 in all of 30 loci, the Qiaoke sheep and Hanson sheep alleles number were 3.4 in allof breedso The BM6526. BMC1206, BM3033, BMS1678, BMS1724 loci got the highest number alleles in all loci, we can took them as dominate loci.3. we analysis the Dcoa genetic distance and DA genetic distance with GDA and DISPAN soft pack, and the 7 sheep populations were drawed the dendrograms with the upper three genetic distance, we can read that Shaanxi long sheep and Hanzhong sheep were one cluster of NJ method and UPGMA method, but the other breeds were complex4. analyzed the dominate alleles; private alleles and corresponding frequencies at 30 microsatellite locio The results showed 24 loci had high dominate alleles in all of sheep breeds. We got the 19 loci which had the private alleles with 30 loci in all populations, and some of private alleles can corresponding with the dominate alleles frequencies, such as BM6404, BM1227, the frequencies were 0. 2955, it was as high as the dominate alleles frequencies. We can consider these loci can be as the especially marker with the breeds.
