The grain pneumatic bunker-cleaner is one of machine which is indispensable to normally operation in gain depot and shipside. There are many parameters which affect the running status of grain pneumatic bunker-clean. The whole optimization design of grain pneumatic bunker-cleaner is still not perfect. In the thesis the process parameter optimization is tentatively studied. On the basis of the theory of suspending pneumatic conveying, the math model of optimization design with regard to optimization design variable and objective function and restriction conditions and running capability is established by using binomial spread and so on. Working out the math model by computer and programming by C language, the values of process parameters is arrived at which make waste energy least. Through experiment the math model and the program is validated to be credible.
