Studies On The Effects Of Bio-transformed Soybean Cake On The Yield And Quality Of Tobacco Leaf

Soybean cake fertilizer that was used traditionally and has certain effect in enhancing tobacco leaf quality belongs to organic fertilizer in which the nitrogen releases slowly ,and is not only in accordance with request of normal tobacco nitrogen, but high quality leaf.In this research transformed soybean cake was used with chemical fertilizer as ground, Experiments showed that ordinary soybean cake can enhance tobacco leaf quality but decrease the industrial utility. Tested the changes of nitrogen of soybean cake bio-transformed in soil, the results showed that the total nitrogen of soybean cake transformed trended steadily after 60 days culturing in interior and outside condition, and the mineral nitrogen(NH+4-N+NO-3-N) increased obviously at the early stage, but tended to decreased after 60 days, which are suitable to the requirement of tobacco nitrogen. Nitrogen above ground accumulation reached the summit after transplanting 60 days in both treatment of 20% N and 60% N transformed which respectively account for total nitrogen applied in flue-cured tobacco. The treatment of 60% N which account for total N accumulated higher in roots and the 20% N treatment total N amassed in leaves reached summit after transplanting 60 days, then decreased; but 60% N treatment appeared another peak in nitrogen accumulation after transplanting 75 days, it does not accord with the requirement of high quality tobacco production. Field experiment showed that ordinary and bio-transformed soybean cake has the effects of yield and quality of tobacco leaf and, the latter treatment can improve the chemical contents and smoking quality, 150kg.mh-2bio-transfomed soybean cake toke a good result for yield and quality of tobacco leaf.Candidate: Fan Zhixin Speciality: PlantingSupervisor: Associate-Prof. Zhao HongweiAssociate-Prof. Wang Peng...
