Organic fertilizer has always been applying on flue-cured tobacco practice, in our country, Especially in the recent years, the number of applying organic fertilizer in the field has being increasing, and the range of applying organic fertilizer has being widen, there are different experiment results of applying organic fertilizer on tobacco growth, and lead to having various effect on qualities and yield of tobacco leaves, so there are not a science and definitely direction how to apply organic fertilizer in practice. To improve the standardization of applying organic fertilizer, to increase soil fertilize and to inhence tobacco leaf quality, and to promote tobacco sustainable development. The effect of cake fertilizer on tobacco growth and development was studied, the purpose is to suggest how to apply reasonably fertilizer in flue-cured tobacco practice.This test was taken in a Science and Technology Park of Kaiyang Longgang town in Guizhou Province.8 treatments of ferlization were set to study the agronomic characters of tobacco at different stages, analyse chemical compositions of flue-cured tobacco, and compare the output, weight and output value with different treatments. As a consequence, the economic benefits of tobacco land varied in different treatments.(1)The growth state, hight, girth and maximum leaf area of pure chemical fertilizer and earlier rapeseed cake treatments were higher than the treatments of rapeseed cake. It demostrates microbial decomposition of earlier rapeseed cake was absorbed better by plant. Quantity of leaves, in the treatment of rapeseed cake, were 1-2 larger than that of pure chemical fertilizer treament. After topping the growth of rapeseed cake treatment and pure chemical fertilizer was convergent, indicating the organic fertilizer releases nutrient slowly and plant grows rapidly after topping.(2)The application of rapeseed cake can improve the production of tobacco.2s Fertilizing repeseed cake 20d in advance and 22kg/hm2 fermented repeseed cake-nitrogen produced higher quality,quantity and rate of upper class of tobacco.While the treatments of 30kg/hm2 fermented repeseed cake-nitrogen and repeseed cake-nitrogen produced lower rate of upper class of tobacco which caused lower value of output.That indicates a great deal of repeseed cake-nitrogen can reduce the quality of tobacco.(3)The rapeseed cake was influenced more by moisture,temperature and natural condition so that the supply of fertilizer fluctuates. The treatments of 30kg/hm2 fermented repeseed cake-nitrogen delayed the period of soil nutrient-supply,NH+4-N and P still rose tendentiously during late harvest.NO3-composition varied significantly in prophase, however, the regularity between different treatments were not obvious,the content was similar in anaphase.Except for the pH of repeseed cake treatment was higher than pure chemical fertilizer in rosette stage. Rapeseed cake caused a rise of pH in soil in other stages Because fertilization enhanced microbial activity and increased organic acid secretion.pH value increaded correspondingly with the delay of growth.The regularity of total amount of N,P and K were not significant.(4) Nitrogen composition in leaf reduced correspondingly with growth, but it was similar in different treatments.It was probably caused by full nutrient-supply of soil. It had highest potassium when bottom leaves matured, and then dropped significantly.(5) Nicotine content of tobacco leaves central basal was lower. Oil was reduced the nicotine of central leaf, and that was higher in upper leaves.This may be sufficiently fertilized for the late. Total nitrogen content increased with the amount of oil cake increased, but had no significant differences. The leaves of deal had high content of sugar, resulting high sugar nratio, sugar nicotinein in middle leaves and reducing quality of tobacco leaves. Chloride and potassium ions were within the appropriate range, no significant differences.(6) Tobacco biomass of treatment 6 significantly larger than other treatments, maturity of the mid-leaves is still in growth,shows that application of rapeseed cake extended the tobacco growth period, so long late tobacco corruption, not conducive to improving the quality of tobacco...
