The research studied the trends that the physical and chemical properties and main nutrient of different cakes in composting process in different proportion in the composting material and nutrient changes, and then find out the regular on different proportion of cake ratio of fermentation products as raw material was prepared from different type cake type tobacco fertilizer on soil nutrient release and on yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves in particular aroma content and fractions, in order to choosing the best cake fertilizer. This paper studied different fertilizers on soil available nutrient and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco through the cake fermentation experiment, the field experiment and pot experiment, the results are as follows:1The results of cake fermentation experiment showed:the treatment1has the high quality on fermentation. Compared with the treatment2and3, the treatment1can reach the high temperature at least time; at the ending of fermentation, the moisture content of treatment1is lower, then is treatment2; total phosphorus contents of the three treatments were14.13mg/kg,13.09mg/kg,12.84mg/kg, total potassium content were16.46mg/kg,16.84mg/kg,15.38mg/kg; at the end of fermentation experiment, the pH of the treatment1is fit to keep the N of the product of cake fermentation.2The results of different fertilizers on soil available nutrient showed:cake fertilizers can keep the soil available nutrient stability compared with chemical fertilizer. The results of field and pot experiment showed:3different cake fertilizers can maintain the soil available N at the end period of tobacco compared with chemical fertilizer, the treatment2and3have the best result. Under the field experiment, the soil available phosphorus contents of4treatments reduced as follow:13.35mg/kg、10.39mg/kg、7.43mg/kg and8.67mg/kg in the whole of flue-cured tobacco growth period. The pot experiment had the same trend. In a word, the cake fertilizer is more fit to tobacco.3The results of different fertilizers on tobacco growth and development and yield showed:compared with chemical fertilizer, cake fertilizers could increase the plant height, number of flue-cured tobacco leaf, area and weight of leaf, and can significantly increase the yield of flue-cured tobacco, heightening economic benefits. The treatments2,3,4compared with treatment1, the number of leaf increase0.3,1.2,0.6; the yield of treatments2,3,4are significantly highest than the treatment1; the output of treatments2,3,4are significantly higher than the treatment1; but the different cake fertilizer have no significantly difference.4The results of different fertilizers on quality of flue-cured tobacco showed:compared with chemical fertilizer, cake fertilizers can enhance the sweet feeling, aroma rich increase, more moderate. The quality of upper leaf improved, the K/Cl of4treatments as follow:3.95,4.24,4.60,4.74.3cake fertilizers on tobacco chemical components, burning are increased, the best treatment is3, then is treatment2. In the results of quantitative analysis of tobacco:field experiment treatment3’s is2aroma matter raising the total6.21%, pot experiment treatment3’s is2aroma raising the total5.31%. So cake fertilizer can effectively improve the quality of tobacco, and treatment3is best.
