Through the methods of field expeiment, chemical analysis and biological statistics, the effects of stable manure, fertilizer and their interaction on the yield, nutrient absorption and quality of spring wheat were systematically studied with Yong Liang NO.4. We make it clear that the interaction between NP fertilizer and stable manure on the economic yield, the amount of accumulation and absorption of ten nutrients, seed volume weight, the content of crude proteins, essential amino acid and Lysine is positive, and coordintive applying NP fertilizer and stable manure is the best way to get high yield, quality and efficiency of spring wheat, but the interaction between K fertilizer and stable manure on the economc yield, the amount of accumulation and absorption of ten nutrients, seed, the content of crude proteins, total amino acid, essential amino acid, Lysine and eight mineral nutrients is negetive, and K fertilizer and stable manure cannot be applied coodinately.
