| The studied material was purple and white,Longshu No.3 and Atlantic,through the field experiment,chemical analysis and biological statistic methods,we have studied N,P,K nutrient absorption,distribution and effects of stable manure,nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer,stable manure mixed with nitrogen andphosphorus fertilizers in different potato varieties on nutrient,quality of potato,which were conducted in the plant areas of Wuchuan,in Inner Mongolia.The main results are as follows:1.The experiment has demonstrated that significant decreases in the N,P,K content of various organs in different potato species with the growth process,and the order was leaf>stem>tuber,while the P,K content was stem>tuber>leaf.Comparison of the three varieties showed that Longshu No.3>purple and white>Atlantic in the N,P,K content regardless of the organs and potato species.The changesof different Fertilization Treatments indicated that N,P content of the whole plant were:M+NP>NP>M>CK,and K showed:M+NP>M>NP>CK.Application of M,NP,M+NP fertilizer Obviously increased N,P,K content of organs.2.The field experiment established the dynamic model of the whole-plant N,P,K nutrients absorption with three potato varieties.It clarified purple and white,Longshu No.3 and Atlantic is respectively 82.2d,77.7d,76.7d after emergence,and P prime was 90.7d,92.8d,89.0d,K prime was 86.3d,93.8d,84.9d,also the time of maximum uptake rate was as follows:N prime 32.1d,34.1d,24.5d,P prime 48.3d,50.8d,40.5d,K prime 34.6d,45.2d and 33.8d after emergence.The changes of different fertilization treatments indicated that N,P,K average accumulation of stem and leaf in all varieties during the growth period were M+NP>NP>M>CK , and the tuber showed M+NP>M>NP>CK.N , P fertilization combined application had an obvious effect on the stem and leaves,while the stable manure influenced tubers dramatically.3.N,P,K of different potato species mainly distributed in the leaves at seedling stage,and then with the growth of plant,N,P,K content of stem declined gradually,while the three elements in the tubers increased gradually.The allocation rate of N,P,K in stems and leaves of three different varieties was Longshu No.3>purple and white>Atlantic,while in tubers was the Atlantic>purple and white>Longshu No.3.The trend of effect of fertilization on N,P,K distribution was M+NP>NP>M>CK.4.The test identified that the three varieties,produced per 1000kg,required N,P,K proportion was respectively 1.94:0.52:3.82,1.22:0.45:4.14,1.69:0.51:3.39. The uptake amount and digestion coefficient of N,P were purple and white>Atlantic>Longshu No.3 and K was Longshu No.3>purple and white>Atlantic.Under the fertilization treatments,the N,P,K uptake,consumption coefficient of three varieties showed M+NP>NP>M>CK,and the productivity was CK>M>NP>M+NP.5.The crude protein content of potato tubers with three different varieties decreased as the growth of plant,and purple and white>Atlantic>Longshu No.3.The effect of different fertilizations on crude protein content of tuber was M+NP>NP>M>CK.NP combined application had more influence on the promotion of tuber crude protein content than stable manure,and stable manure co-supply with the chemical fertilizer effect more visible,and can significantly increase the yield and starch content of different varieties,showed M+NP>M>NP>CK. |
