Study On Problems In Extension Of Wheat-and-cotton Integrated Production Technique In The Middle And South Of Hebei Province

As a bridge connecting the agricultural research with education and production, agricultural extension is very important to the development of agriculture and it does well to the transformation of agricultural sci-tech research outputs. With the development of the integrated productivity, we ask a new request to the agricultural extension. How to adapt to the requests of the marketing economy, how to satisfy the farmer's need of increasing income, how to promote the development of agriculture and country economy are the questions we have to solve.The goal is to increase the work efficiency of agricultural extension, accelerate the country economy and increase the farmer's income. With the law of literature and case study, we draw the conclusion from the study of the extension of Wheat-and-cotton integrated production technique in the middle and south of Hebei province, sum up the successful experience and provide new way to develop the technique. We bring forward a set of agricultural extension with high efficiency, which need the driving of the government, dragging of the technique, motivating of the agricultural extension, driving of the demonstration and the cooperation of some branches. We suggest that the government should increase the input of agricultural sci-tech. Through the system innovation, we should set up a modern flexible agricultural extension, push the agricultural industry, expedite the development of agricultural extension information and provide a platform of agricultural extension.
