The effects were studied of nitrogen application rate , DPC regulating and planting density on the boll weight , unit area total bell count, lint percent, fiber quality and lint yield of Insect-Resistant hybrid cotton Nannong98-4 by three two hand in and rotate and design, we also founded the mathmatic model and the advanced analogy. The main results were as follows:1.Within the range of this experimental design, the nitrogen application rate , DPC regulating have an obvious effect to the increasing of the boll weight. Under the conditions of low plant density, the increasing of density also take effections on the boll weight. The increasing of nitrogen application rate & density will improve the unit area total bell count. But the application of DPC need to be increased at the same time.2. The stabitities of lint percent & fiber quality have not been effected by cultural factors . It improved that they are controlled by a kind special characteristic called heritage.3.The regression model between cultivation effects and lint yield was established. Through calculation, while nitrogen application rate 65. 23kg/667 m2, DPC application 3g/667m2 and planting density 1500plants/667 m2 respectively, the highest ginned cotton yield 158. 86kg/667m2 can be obtained.4.According to the research on the Insect-Resistant hybrid cotton Nannong98~4, it take an important role on the cotton production of large areas to Anxiang & other areas.
