Because of the growing characters and to counter some problems in the cultivating of Pest-resistant Transgenic Hybrid Cotton(PTHC) in China now, some Quadratic-Orthogonal-Rotating Regression(QORR) experiments were done in the city of Changsha and Changde of Hunan provincy during the year of 2004 and 2005, a systematic study on cultivating methods that impact the yield and quality of PTHC has been done. As follows there are some main conclutions:1. Among the three cultivating factors that impact the ginned cotton yield, density has the most important effect on it.To some extent, it determines the ginned cotton yield.2. A proper density with a proper Nitrogen fertilizer and Kainite fertilizer was the cultrivating methods to get a high ginned cotton yield. Generally, the density is 30000 ± 500 plants/ha, the Nirtrogen and Kainite fertilizer was changed with the different solid fertility.3. The cultivating factors had little impact on prematurity of PTHC, but there are some differece between varieties.4. During the process of studing on quality cultivating models, there are many abnormal cases of the models'coefficients that bjj>0 if we use the classic Quadratic-Orthogonal-Rotation Regression (QORR) analysis, it violates the growing crops' objective laws. But we can correct suich errors if the Projection Pursuit Regression (PPR) analysis is taken.5. The effect value of the four cultivating factors can be arranged in size. DPC>Planting Density>Kainite Fertilizer>Nitrogen Fertilizer. There are different principal factor in different fiber quality index.6. There are obvious factors'effect different exist between F1 and F2. It's mainly showing at the two aspects as the main factor and the best cultivating models are all inconsistency.
