With new cross combination of the transgenic strains of insect resistance cotton(A1、 A2、A3、A4、A5、A6、A7、A8、A9)and one control strain Xiangzamian 7 as materials,we compared the biological characteristics,Quality and Yield Traits. The main conclusions were presented as follows:All the different cross combination had similar growing process, with the whole growing period was about 130 d. Compared with Xiangzamian 7(CK), there were no significant difference on plant height and fruit branch numbers. However, on the boll number per plant, only A3 was more than control, which was 51.34. In addition, The pre-summer and summer bolls of A3, A9 and A5 were higher than those of CK by 14.35%, 12.6% and 12.1% respectively. But on the pre-frost yield, they only were higher by 1.51%, 1.35% and 0.45%.The leaf chlorophyll content was varying in different periods. At the early flowering stage, A5 was significant higher than that of CK by 3.78%. During flowering and boll-setting period, A3, A9, A5 and A1 were separately higher than that of CK by 4.44%, 2.31%,1.64% and 1.04%, but no significant difference was observed among themselves. At the boll opening stage, A3, A9 and A8 were higher than that of CK, and significant difference was observed between A3 and CK. Leaf N, P, K, Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn contents of A3 at flowering and boll-setting stage were all higher than those of CK, and so were A5 except N content. On the contrary, the contents of N, P, Zn and Fe of A3 and A5 were lower than those of CK at the boll opening stage.The results of yield analysis suggested that the raw cotton yield of A9 and A3 were significantly higher than that of the control by 7.67% and 7.04% respectively, and the lint yield of A3 was significantly higher by 6.29%.Leaf N content during flowering and boll-setting period was significantly positive related to raw cotton yield and lint yield(the correlation coefficient was 0.6206 and 0.5907 respectively).It was the same trend about Cu content (r was 0.6960 and 0.6574 separately) However, some was opposite at boll opening stage(the correlation coefficient of N was -0.7833 and -0.7875 separately, Fe was -0.6972and -0.7061), it was exceptional on Zn content, it was positive related to raw cotton yield(r=:0.9427).Upper half mean length of A3 and A5 belongs to Long pile level (31.0~33.9 mm), and the corresponding micronaire is B2 (4.3~4.9).In aspect of the breaking strength, it was belongs to a higher level (30~33).According to comprehensive evaluation, the fiber quality of A3 and A5 was better than control, and it was accord with the examination and approval of new cotton varieties in hunan province.
