With the rapid development of Scientific technology , digitization has become the highlight of the world . After Vice-president of America ALGORE having put forward the digital Earth in the end of twenty century , A series of concept such as digital China ,digital BeiJing, digital Agriculture has been brought forward and put in practice, and it means that digitalization has made great progress and development in our country .Under such circumstance digital forestry comes into being and then applies in forestry operation and management ,and its first application field is Six forestry ecological engineering which was put forward by National Forestry Bureau. According to the status of Non-cultivation and Re-Forestry Engineering in ShuangPai, the Article puts forward the digital forestry technology and makes use of it to resolve the technological problem that exists in Non-cultivation and Re-Forestry Engineering . and at the same time sets up management information system of Non-cultivation and Re-Forestry Engineering which based on WebGIS in ShuangPai, which makes management of Non-cultivation and Re-Forestry Engineering step into normal ,scientific and modern roads, and reaches scientific and efficient really. In technological structure the system takes full advantage of DataBase technology .Network technology ,Computer technology in digital forestry , by virtue of powerful geographic information software-Maplnfo and highly visual program language-VB and then integrate them with Mapx control to process secondary development , achieving integrated management of GIS's attribute Data and space Data . On basis of mis debuged system and created executive program , The system runs well. It can really reach multi-function effect on reducing work time .diminishing difficult degree .saving cost .maintaining quality and quantity , accomplishing visualization and sharing information resource in Non-cultivation and Re-Forestry Engineering ,With powerfully essential value in fact.
