This research is under the technique theories of the vegetative reproduction to guide, selecting the different breeding material, by the different agamic-nurserymethod, studying the related technique of the asexuality of Tilia amurensis, havingdone the preparation for establishing the Tilia amurensis asexual plantation. The main results of the research are :(1) Through studying of the agamic nursery by tissue culture, hardwood afforestation and browse afforestation , from aany factors analysising of influence on the ability of taking root , the necessary technique of the asexual expansive breeding is brought out ;(2) The taking root mechanism of cutting Tilia amurensis announced : throughbreed' s cytology observation, the uncertain root primitive occurrence is confirmed in two types , one is the type of callus , being the aain type of taking root in cuttingof Tilia amurensis, it is becomed ring callus by cortex and cambium in the cut , spreading to the xylem , becoming the nascent cell regiment, inducing uncertain root primitive, the other is the type of noncallus, taking root directly from the cortex, and it is induced uncertain root primitive by aeristem cells produced at the boundary of the cambium and ligni-ray:(3) Studying influence of carbohydrate and nitrogen content of the different cutting wood on the root formation;(4) Through researching a series of operation oeasure of asexual seedling transplanting technique, seedling storage technique, spike garden constructing technique etc., the system kit technique and the science basisa are applied for production and application.
