Pinns massoniana is a native tree species of our country which grows quickly and produces a lot. Its culture area covers 16 southern provinces widely, and anong the coniferous trees, its calculation occupies the 4th place. Pinus massoniana occupies the important status in our country's national economic construction and its timber is the important building , paper pulp and three boards of materials of our country, and its turpintine is the main commodity for exchange. But long-term forestry practices indicate that pure forest of Pinus massoniana has many shortcomings. The area of mixed forest is increasing constantly, but how to choose Pinus massoniana correctly has much blindness. The biochemistry relation between the mixed tree species is often neglected which results bad effects even failing cultivation.So supercritical fluid CO2 extraction technology was utilized in this subject to extract leaf and root of Pinus massoniana and Michelia macchirei and the MS-GC speectra was used to identify the constitutes of the allelochemicals, Seed germination to exprlore biochemistry relationship between the Pinus massoniana itself and its associated tree species. It is useflu to cultivate harmonious and stable forest. The experimental result shows :l.The root allelochemicals of Pinus massoniana through orthogonal test and non pharmaceutics of supercritical fluid CO2 extract technology influenced Pinus massoniana seed germination in various degree. In respect to germination peak period , comared with alcohol control: except the treatment of 100mg/kg and 200mg/kg under Extract 3 parameter separation II, that of 100mg/kg under Extract 4 parameter separation II deal with , extract 4 parameter not to separate II 200mg/kg, the treatmentof extract 1 parameter, extract parameter 2 retailed the germination peak obviously.At the same time, the allelochemicals inflenced the germination index differently. Compared with the alcohol control, the allelochemicals of 200mg/kg treatment under extraction 2 and 4 inhibited the germination much than that of 100mg/kg and 500mg/kg. And the same treatment affected the identification index variously: for example, the treatment of 200mg/kg inhibited the absolute germination rate , but promoted the growth of radical root. In conclusion, the allelochemicals inhibted the absolute germination rate, radical root growth, radical axis, fresh weight and dry weight and promoted the absolute germination power.2.The root allelochemicals of Pinus massoniana through orthogonal test and pharmaceutics of supercritical fluid CO2 extract technology influenced Pinus massoniana seed germination in various degree. Different extract parameter had different effect on seedgermination. Compared with alcohol control, the germination of extract 1 three concentration treatment, all treatment of extract parameter 2, three concentration treatment of separation I of the delayed the germination peak, inhibition of peak under extract 2 parameter was more obvious generally. Compared between the different density of same treatment, 500mg/kg from extract parameter 1 separation II, extract 3 parameter separation 1 played a suppressing role to the absolute germination rate, radical length, pkiimilar axis. Compared with alcohol contrast, four extraction parameter of Finns massoniana root extract had promotion to relative germination power anddry weight ,and inhibtione to other indexes.3.Under non pharmaceutical condition, different extract parameter of Finns massoniana leaf influenced on Pinus massoniana seeds in various degree. The germination peak of distilled water and alcohol control appeared in the 9th day and the 6th day respectively. Compared with the alcohol control , seeds treated by extract parameter 2 separation II , extract parameter 4 separation II Pinus massoniana leaf had not lagging phenomenon; Lagging of Extract parameter 1 was more obvious; 500mg/kg treatment of Extract parameter 3 separation I and II, extract 4 parameter separation I , had slight lagging phenomena, or this kind of lagging phenomenon weakens...
