Twenty-four microsatellite loci were amplified in five sheep populations: Little-tailed Han sheep, Large-tailed Han sheep, WD sheep, SD sheep the and crossing population(F1) of Dorper sheep and. Little-tailed Han sheep For all of the microsatellite loci analyzed, Heterozygosity, Polymorphism information contents, Shannon index, number of alleles, HW Test, private alleles, dominate alleles, coefficient of gene differentiation, cofficient of inbreeds, neutrality test, gene flow, genetic distance among five sheep populations were deduced. The results were as follow:Most of Polymorphism information contents of 4 sheep breeds at every microsatellite locus were more than 0.5; Observed Heterozygosity and Expected Heterozygosity of 4 sheep breeds is 0.496, 0.846, 0.454, 0.831, 0.560, 0.849, 0.506, 0.843 respectively; Shannon index is 2.144, 2.065, 2.116, 2.107 respectively. It was showed that hereditary variations of four sheep breeds were fairly higher and four sheep breeds possessed the genetic diversity. It also showed that the microsatellite loci selected can provided hreditary information of four sheep breeds suitably. But the result also demonstrated the inbreed is very highSome dominate alleles and private alleles were shown to be important in the construction of the population structure. The results of Chis showed that all sheep breeds do not fit which Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in these 24 locus. Neutrality test showed 12 microsattlite loci was in confidence interval(95%).It was showed the inbreed is very high by F-statistic. Gst (0.028) demonstrated small genetic differentiation between the four sheep breeds.The genetic distances between population and the dendrogram of relationships were obtained. The genetic distances between SD sheep sheep and WD sheep is nearer. The genetic distances between little-tailed Han sheep and large-tailed Han sheep is nearest.The analysis result of growth trait and normal blood indes were as follows:The analysis result of growth trait showed the effects of age and breed were major effect. Some marker effects were found and Least square means were obtained The analysis result of normal blood indes showed the effects of breed were major effect in most indes. No marker effects were found and R-Square was very low.Correlations between the growth traits and the normal blood indes were clculated outDendrograms of four sheep breeds by growth trait and normal blood indes, which was compared with dendrograms by molecule marker.
