Eighteen microsatellite markers selected from the Domestic chickenchromosome 1 and Z to screen the KM KF of meat type silkies using multiplex PCR and fluorescence based full-automated electrophoresis, the results were analysed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test in SAS software to probe the relationship between microsatellite DNA markers and growth quality traits traits include birth weight, body weight at two four six eight ten, twelve fourteen weeks of age.The results showed that eighteen pairs of microsatellite were polymorphism. The average number of alleles detected by a pair of primers was 6.83(5-8). The average value of polymorphism information content(PIC) was 0.805 (0.707-0.855 ) , average observation population heterzygosity was 0.244 (0.037-0.511) and expecting population heterzygosity was 0.833 (0.750-0.874)The association among 8 markers and 8 characters were tested out. The markers were . MCW0254, MCW0154, LEI0134, LEI0106, LEI0146, MCW0177 MCW0112 MCW0200. The different genotypes of the same microsatellite DNA marker were compared by the method of dunnet. The result as follows: FF type of MCW0254, GG type of LEI0106, DD type of MCW0112 were significantly correlative to BW0; GG type of MCW0254, CE type of MCW0177, AB type of MCWOI 12 are remarkably correlative to BW4; BE type of MCW0254 are remarkably correlative to BW6.EE, DE type of LEI0146 , FG, FF GG type of MCW0177, FF type of MC W0200 are remarkably correlative to BW8; GG AA type of LEI0106, AA FF type of MCW0200 are remarkably correlative to BW10; AA, EE, CE type of MCW0154 FF CC type of LEI0134 are remarkably correlative to BW12; AA, EE CE type of MCWOI 54 are remarkably correlative to BW14.According to the analysis phenotypic correlation among 8 traits, the correlation between BW10 and BWO, BW12 and BWO, BW14and BWO were not significant. The correlation between BW14 and BWO was significant (p<0.05). Among the other traits were more significant (p<0.01).
