The Blood Stagnation Syndrome model was made in chickens through Muscular administration of E.colli endotoxin to them. To study pharmacokinetics of tilmicosin in chickens of Blood Stagnation Syndrome in at a single oral dose of 20mg/kg , the investigation included three groups, that is to say, the healthy, Blood Stagnation Syndrome and contrary Syndrome group; the drug concentrationin in plasma was done in microorganism-test way, Calculation of pharmacokinetical parameters was performed using 3P87 PK programe. The results indicated:(l) the data of the drug concentration-time in the two groups of the Healthy group, XuYuZhuFu contrary-syndrome decoction group were fitted to a two- compartment model with first-order absorption. The main PK-Parameters of the healthy group and XueYuZhuFu decoction contrary-syndrome group were T1/2 a (0.662 0.354)h ,T1/2 3 (36.344+ 15.204)h,Kl/2a (0.340+ 0.132)h,V/F (7.049+4.320)L/kg,Cmax( 1.108 + 0.523) mg/L,Tp( 0.765+ 0.163)h,CL (0.571+0.138) Lh/kgh,AUC(56.220?1.933)mg.h/L and T,/2a(3.655 + 2.470)h,T1/2β为( (45.576+14.201) h,K,/2a(0.142+ 0.101)h,V/F (20.246 + 9.416)L/kg Cmax (1.405 + 0.332) mg/L,Tp (1.011 + 0.534)h,CL (0.484 + 0.113) L/kgh,AUC (59.250 + 36.160)mg.h/L respectively.(2)The drug absorbtion course in XuYuYhuFu syndrome group was no orderliness, the blood drug concentration was quite slow and the concentration-time data couldn't be calculated by PK programe. (3) XueYuZhuFu decoction could better the hemorheology induced by E.colli endotoxin,Further more, the pharmacokinetics traracteristics of a single oral dose of tilmicosin in the Blood Stagnation group.
