This experiment was proceeded in the farmland in JiLin Agricultural University, the used varieties were jiyouyihao and tongyouyihao. The organic fertilizer was high quality pig turd. Five treats were established. Treat 1 was used as comparison (Inorganic fertilizer was only used). Inorganic and organic fertilizers were used in another four treats. This experiment adopt random arrange three times repeats, the density was 50000plant/hm2.In the whole growth stage follow determined plant height, plant diameter, spike height, LAI, vane, content of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein, MDA and NR, kernel dry matter accumulate velocity, protein content, fat, starch , water, bulk, fresh weight/bulk dynamic change. After harvest, we determined yield and processing correlate analysis.The results showed that the application fertilizer can increase the abilities of plant resistance lodge. As fertilizer increasing, application combined fertilizers can stay the fall of LAI, add the content of chlorophyll. It can make maize get more energy of sun. This kind of change provided theses for increasing yield of maize.The results showed that the inorganic and organic fertilizers can increase soluble sugar and soluble protein content of leaves, and it can enhance the activities of NR, and what's more, it may adjust assimilation and output of nitrogen and stave doat, provide the valid energy for accumulation of kernel nutrition substances, at the same time, it make high-oil maize mature lively.Through analyses, we can make the conclusion that, the relation of seed fresh weight dry weight and days after pollination, fat percent content, protein nut content, starch nut content can be expressed with Logistic equation; the change of kernel volume, moisture content of kernel and days after pollination accorded with three ascend curve equation. Kernel protein content, starch content and the changes of days after pollination tallied with reciprocal equation and they had high relation.During the first 10 days after pollination, kernel had the highest sprouting speed, the highest moisture content, the least volume and compose of protein and soluble sugar was very fast. As increasing days after pollination, the speed of kernel sprouting enhanced continually, but day matter accumulation was different. It can arrive a flood tide, then decrease. It was during 20 days after pollination that was important time of dry matter accumulation. The results showed that the mix-fertilizer was benefit for decreasing of kernel moisture and increasing of volume.During the 10-15 days after pollination, seed had the highest content of protein and soluble sugar , then the speed had descent. During 22-24 days, seed fat content was the highest. So, the pattern of fertilizer can advance the time of the max speed to kernel dry weight, fresh weight, fat, starch and can enhance the accumulation speed of fresh substances, day matter and another nutrient ingredient.The pattern of fertilizer had obvious influences on grains of spikes, weight of 100 grains,maize yields, protein yields and fat yields. As increasing dosage of fertilizer, they behaved the trend "ascend-descend". The 4th treat was the best between two varieties.In a word, application combined fertilizer can evidence improve the quality of high-oil maize, enhance seed yield. But application combined fertilizer can not evidence improve plant resist adversity ability. For the two varieties, treat 2 can not satisfy the need of fertilizer of plant growth, treat 4 was the best combination, treat 3 and treat 5 had more improvement than treat 1. In country, there are many organic fertilizer, and the pattern of mix-fertilizer can decrease input, enhance income of peasants, then it can make continuable improvement of agriculture come true.
