The animals collected in this experiment aimed at the dairycows in two big dairy cow farms and some scatteredly fed dairy cows aroundTai'an , and the changes of the various blood cells and the pH of the bloodwas tested ; the content of the calcium, phosphorus, natrium and magnesiumions in the blood serum was tested; the content of the acetone bodies in theurine was tested; the bacteria from the milk were separated , cultivated ,counted and identified through biochemical experiment. The drugs sensitivitytest was made;the diagnosis of mastitis and acidity measurement in milk weremade ;the whey was separated from the milk by excessive speed centrifuge.the content of the calcium, phosphor, natrium and magnesium ions in the wheywas analysed ; The aim in this experiment was to search after the directetillogy of the APM ,to analyse the relationship of the APM withmastitis, ketosis weather factor and other diseases,to search for the factorscausing and inducing the occurrence of the APM,to find the effectivetherapeutic way to the APM , to analyse the mechanism of the APM throughconverse research of the treatment result and animal test , and to search for thepathogeny of the APM. It was found in the research that :the total number of the RBC(p<0.01)and WBC (p<0.01)and the content of the HGB(p<0.05) in cows with APMrose, and the number of esophils also rose(p<0.01),but the change in thenumber of lymphocytes, nautrophils and basophils was not evident (p>0.05), ascompared with those in control group. The content of the natrium ion in the serum reduced (p<0.05).Thecontent of the calcium ion in the serum rose(p<0.01).The content of thephosphorus ion in the serum rose(p<0.05). The content of the ALP in theserum rose(p<0.01) .The change of other ions and the acidity of the blood wasnot obvious(p>0.05). The test to the settled bubby of the APM and the subclinic mastitis wasmade ,and the result of the test showed that the two diseases were relativelyindependent from each other. 39.2 % of the cows with subclinic mastitis werefound to own the APM, and 60% of the cows with APM were found to ownsubclinic mastitis, and 17.5% of all the cow were found positive in the two 3奶牛酒精阳性乳的病因调查和综合治疗的研究tests .The change in the number of the somatic cell in the milk was notobvious in the cow with APM and the subclinic mastitis(p>0.05). The result from the test of the acetone body in the urine showed that : thesevere ketosis could cause APM ,but some cows might be ones with ANMthough the content of the acetone body in the urine of them was very high .Itmay be attribute to the lowering of the blood sugar and rised the content of theacetone body in the urine caused by abnomal function of adrenal gland cortexattribute to abnomal endocrine function and various stress reactions. The curve of the statistical data of the weather factors in this expermentshowed that:the incidence of APM was the highest when the averageair-temperature of a month was the highest in summer ,and the incidence ofAPM was the lowest when the average air-temperature of a month was thelowest in winter. The trend of change of the incidence of APM anastomosewith that of the the average air-temperature of a month in one year greatly, andthe relationship modulus of the two factors in the regress equation was0.91,which showed that the relationship between the APM and average airtemperature was great and the high temperature was the major factor causingof the APM. The bacteria separated from the milk in this test were staphylococcus, streptococcus, coliform, mycetozoan and microzyme. The difference of thecount of bacteria in between the APM and the ANM was not marked(p>0.05),and the most of bacteria were conditioned nosogenetic bacteria in thesurroundings. But the most of bacteria separated from the milk of the mastitiswere strong sogenetic bacteria, which caused evident hemolysis and positiveconcretionary enzym...
