Here are three series in this article:to simulate the deficiencies of three main digestive enzymes(gastric proteinase, amylase, trypsin)after piglets weaning by computer; to determine the retained rates of amylase and trypsin when they pass through the stomach and are digested by the gastric proteinase; and to test the effects of adding these three enzymes's deficiencies in piglets feeds.In series Ⅰ To simulate the deficiencies of digestive enzymes by computer.According to the data reported by Yang Xuefeng in our physiology & biochemistry laboratory, to draw the curve using the computer EXCEL program, then add the trendline of this curve, and seek the trendline's function relation and show on the picture. According to the above function ,we can calculate the enzyme activity concentration for weaning and non-weaning treatments at the same day.The maximal difference value between the weaning and the non-weaning at the same day is looked at as the maximal need value.The maximal need value of three main digestive enzymes are calculated in this trial:gastric proteinase,98.327U/gchyme;amylase,90.819U/gchyme;andtrypsin,1.536 U/g chyme.In series Ⅱ To examine the chyme's fresh and windy-dry weights of the stomach and the small intestinal gut ,we can determine the rate between fresh chyme weight and windy-dry chyme weight. So we can determine the total feeds enzyme activity because we think the windy-dry weight of chyme as the feeds weight; on the other side, this examined data can offer some basis to design simulated stomach conditions next step.In this trial, the percent of windy-dry weight/fresh weight in the stomach and the small intestinal gut are 33.1% and 23.74% respectively.In the simulated stomach(gastric proteinase concentration 98U/g feeds mixture; temperature, 38℃; PH=2),the retained rates of amylaseand trypsin are 76.04% and 60.22% respectively after 3.5h digestion.We bought the material enzymes(gastric proteinase, amylase and trypsin)and examine their activities.The activities of three enzymes are:gastric proteinase,4836U/mg;amylase, 1326U/mg;trypsin,2400U/mg.According to the above steps, The needs of three enzymes are:gastric proteinase,60.5g;amylase,379g,trypsin,4.5g.In series Ⅲ To add the three enzymes needs to piglets feeds and test the effects.40 Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire piglets at the 21st of age were randomly assigned to two treatments(control and trial),one treatment has 5 repeats, each repeat has 5 piglets. Control's dietary is base dietary ,The trial's dietary is base dietary adding enzymes. The results of this trial:ADG is increased by 4.69%;The crude protein appearance digestive rate is improved by 4.2%,and 2.28% is for LYS.and the feeds conversion rate is improved by 8.59%,and the diarrhea rate is decreased by 22.2%.
