The development of Chinese agricultural is in a period of great change, mechanization gradually replace the original manual labor in crop production. The application of advanced industrial testing technology and control means in agricultural production, which can reduce manual labor as well as the production risk.The paper researches temperature control of planting early germination and breeding of rice in the production process. In view of the existing problems in rice breeding germination, germination temperature monitoring system based on PLC is designed for breeding in the north of China, used in rice breeding in the spring before the production of germination. Through the analysis of rice breeding germination process, combined with the actual demand, using PLC and kingview, designed the breeding of rice germination temperature control system. This system can realize the computer detection and control of temperature, the host computer monitoring system and the upper machine and lower machine communication and other functions.In this paper, making the temperature of germination box for the controlled object, analyzing and comparing the conventional PID control and fuzzy PID control. The experimental results show that fuzzy PID control strategy make the maximum error of system be 3.5℃, satisfy the requirements of system and superior to the conventional PID control.
