Establishment Of The Methods On Natural Capital Evaluations Of Chinese Natural Reserve

The value of the biological natural capital of the natural reserve is huge, and it is an important part that the biodiversity donates to the mankind's welfare. We have to protect the ecosystem, maintain its sustainability, in order to make it provide the mankind with the sustainable welfare.We selected the unitive evaluation index, settled parameter and the measuring model in order to make different reserves have the comparability, and then further offer scientific base for the managing practice of the natural reserves, so as to provide the cases and the references for framing the unitive evaluation index, settled parameter and measuring model for the natural reserves' evaluation.The measuring errors of the natural capital's value of natural reserves are mainly from the measuring index, the selection of the settled parameter and the missing of the evaluation project and so on. In this research, we only calculated the ecological value on the evaluation of the development level of the natural reserves in 2000.With the development of society and the changing needs of human, some functions will become more and more important .It is limited by knowledge, research methods and basic data, so the indirect value we got is minimum by this index.As natural reserves in special zones, when considered the particularity of natural reserves and the scientific research evaluation and the operating principle, it is important to choose a sustaining developing model to coordinate the development of economy and the protection of nature. When doing the comprehensive analysis of the material flow, information flow, energy flow and value flow, we will encounter the problem of the unitive standard. So, in this paper, according to different geographical positions, climate change and the distribution of natural capital, we select Heilongjiang Youhao natural reserve, Beijing Labagomen natural reseave and Anhui Yaoluoping natural reserve as the models to have the natural capital evaluation, so as to build the total system.
