The continuous development of the global economy has brought about many ecological problems,and the contradiction between environment and economy has been intensified.This issue is also an important topic of global concern.In recent years,China has also actively contributed to the construction of ecological civilization and the cause of ecological environmental protection.On March 11,2018,the first session of the 13th National People's Congress voted to adopt the amendment to the constitution,which included the new development concept,ecological civilization and the requirement of building a beautiful China into the constitution[1].To strengthen the construction of nature reserve is in a certain region representative of natural ecosystems,rare and endangered species of wild fauna and flora conservation and development planning,on the ecological sensitivity analysis and functional partition and propose reasonable protection and planning guidance to reserve the long-term sustainable development and ecological environment,is to "respect for nature","natural" and"nature conservation"embodies the idea of ecological civilization of[2]Based on ecological protection as foothold,a large number of research at home and abroad literatures,in-depth reserve site investigation,analysis of relevant materials and data,using ArcGIS technology for MingZhuLaoShan area of Mount JingTong national natural reserve area of ecological sensitivity is studied,and based on the ecological sensitivity classification results suggest to reserve ecological function zoning and development,the paper research content to roughly the following:(1)on the research methods used in this paper the AHP judgment matrix of AHP method to construct the evaluation factors to calculate the weight value of each factor,in the aspect of image processing using ArcGIS to deal with each factor of raster images,and then superposition calculation factor weight to preserve the ecological sensitivity analysis and reserve function grade partition.(2)the research object of this paper is the MingZhuLaoShan area of Mount JingTong national natural reserve area.After collecting and sorting out relevant data and making many field investigations,the status quo of the research area is roughly analyzed.The natural vegetation in Mount JingTong nature reserve is divided into 6 vegetation types,including coniferous forest,broad-leaved forest,bamboo forest,shrub and bamboo bush,grass and shrub,and wetland vegetation,with a total of 44 groups.There are 230 families,878 genera and 2,277 species of vascular plants in Mount JingTong nature reserve.There are 23 species of wild plants under state key protection,including 4 species under state first class protection and 19 species under state second class protection.There are 278 species of vertebrates in Mount JingTongnature reserve,31 orders and 92 families,including 3 species of national first-grade protected animals,25 species of national second-grade protected animals,37 species of "convention on international trade" protected animals,and 30 species of"endangered animals in China".(3)based on the research content in combination with the practical situation of reserve,the vegetation factor,system factor,topographical factor and wildlife habitat sensitivity factor,and human activity factor five aspects:the selection of vegetation,water buffer,elevation,gradient,slope direction and wildlife habitat sensitivity,and road buffer and land use type eight build indicator Mount JingTong national natural reserve area of ecological sensitivity evaluation index system,and according to the regional present situation of animal and plant habitats respectively targeted plant and animal habitat sensitivity evaluation system is constructed.In this paper,AHP and GIS weighted superposition method are used to evaluate and analyze the habitat sensitivity and overall ecological sensitivity of plants and animals in the study area.(4)based on the research results,this paper divided the habitat sensitivity and comprehensive sensitivity of flora and fauna in the study area into five grades,namely low sensitivity,low sensitivity,medium sensitivity,high sensitivity and high sensitivity.Based on the results of ecological sensitivity study,the study area was divided into three functional zones,namely test zone,buffer zone and core zone,and corresponding planning and protection Suggestions were put forward for each functional area.
