In the dissertation, aiming at the problems on the design aspect and during furrowing terra, the methods that the ubiety of the two pivotal constraints, the stiffness and the original compression value of the spring for the safety equipment were made certain were studied with the dynamic simulation analysis software ADAMS, the finite element software ANSYS and the optimization technique; at the same time, the destroyed mechanism of the plow-arm was analyzed, and the causes that the plow-arm was destroyed were found, the correlative structure sizes of the plow-body were optimized.As a result, the studies indicate that the locations of the two pivotal points in the safety equipment, namely, the C point is in the both sides of the AE line and the vertical distance is less than 8 millimeter, and the D point is in the right side of the AE line and the vertical distance is less than 12 millimeter; and the stiffness value of the spring is not less than 33.992N/mm, and the original compression value of the spring is not less than 20 millimeter. If the two constraint points, the stiffness and the original compression value of the spring for the safety equipment can satisfy the above-mentioned conditions, the safety equipment will achieve the design request. At the same time, the cause that the plow-arm was destroyed was that the stress of the plow-arm between the peg 2 and peg 4 went beyond the yield limit of the material, and the structure sizes of the plow-body were optimized can satisfy the request of the intension.
