| Three hundred Crossbred suckling piglets, 7-day old, were used in the study. The structures and enzymes activity in digestive tract, and the three blood indexes were investigated by the contrasted feeding and slaughter experiments with supplement of peptides to diets with the same level of nutrition levels .The research was divided into 5 groups, contrast with 3% blood globulin powder; experiment II with 1 % blood globulin and 2% plasma protein; â…¢ , â…£ and â…¤with1.0%,2.0%,3.0% active peptides and 2%,1%,0% blood globulin The experiments were studied from the beginning of the suckling piglets on the age of 7 days to 28 days, and the slaughter experiments was carried.The study on The structures and enzymes activity in digestive tract showed that the trypsin activity of the â…¤ group was the highest(P < 0.05), others didn't show the remarkable difference (P > 0.05) .The activity of lipase in â…£ and V group was higher ( P < 0.05), and the activity of amylase of â…£ was higher than that of â…£ (P < 0.05). So, the diets which added the peptides can improve the activity of enzyme in the enteron of the suckling piglets, and the effect was better than that of the plasma protein (P<0.05). In addition, the diet supplemented with 3% peptides can acquire the higher activity of enzyme in duodenum and jejunum.The result of the biochemical indexes of blood showed that the density of blood sugar in the group â…£ and â…¤ was higher than the group â…¡ and â…¢ (P < 0.05). The blood sugar of group â… was not showed the significant difference with others. The content of the total protein of serum in group â…¤ was the highest (P < 0.05). The plasma protein , the group â…¢ and group â…£ had the trend of elevation which compared to the control, but were not show remarkable difference ( P > 0.05).The content of plasma urea nitrogen in the group I was the highest(P < 0.05), and in the group â…¤ , it was the lowest( P < 0.05). All these showed that we added the peptides to the suckling piglets which is propitious to maintain the density of blood sugar, raise the totalprotein density of serum and lower the nitrogen density of plasma urea in the ration, and the effect of added 3% peptides to it is the best(P < 0.05).The results of study on piglet's production performance indicated: From the 14th to the 21st age, the weight increment of the group V was higher than other groups obviously (PO.05); the group II was lower than other groups obviously (PO.05); there was no remarkable difference among the group I ^ II and IV(P>0.05). From the 22d to the 28d age, the weight increment of the V and IV group was higher than others (PO.05), and there was no remarkable difference among the latter groups (P<0.05), which proved that adding small peptide may raise weight increment and weaning weight and the increment increased as the quantity of small peptide increased. From the 14d to the 28d age and from the 22d to the 28d age the feed intake of I was the highest (P <0.05) and it was the lowest in the II group (i><0.05); there was no remarkable differences among the other groups, which proved that adding plasma albumen powder and small peptide had a certain influence to the feed intake in nurse piglets, but compared with plasma albumen powder, small peptide had the better effect(P<0.05). The study also proved that adding a certain amount plasma albumen powder or small peptide can reduce diarrhea index of piglets and the death rate and can increase dressing percentage, the effect will be better with the quantity of the peptide increased. Under this experimental condition, 3% peptide can improve production performance of piglets better than plasma albumen powder do. |
