Study On Small Kernel Cereal No-tillage Planter

As a part of the project "Ministry of Agriculture Conservation Tillage Test in Cooler and Colder area". The thesis is to design a kind of No-tillage Planter that is suitable for that area.according as investigations and analysis to the characteristics of tillage in "Cooler and Colder area",the machine has the following characteristics:It has a new designed shallow-tillage opener, it can accomplish the task of seeding and weeding at the same time;The seed and fertilizer is sat at the same level ,which can reduce the work resistance perfectly;It has a new type of squasher,it can restrain sand blown by wind and weeding;Experiments of the field shows this kind of small kernel cereal no-tillage planter has caugeht the goals as follows:It can finish the work of seeding as required;It can weed perfectly,over 90% of the ruderal was weeded;It can reduce the soil density,about 20% of the soil density was reduced;Afer seeding the cover ratio of the field changed a little;The temperature of the soil after work is much higher than that of other no-tillage planter;The experiments above show that this kind of small kernel cereal no-tillage planter has reachthe designed goals.
