Conservation tillage technology can make a increasing of the field production efficiency,at the same time improve the field ventilation,light transmission and organic matter utilization.No-till sowing technique is the core to develop the conservation tillage technology.Improving the sowing uniformity of no-till planter effectively and reducing the traction resistance of the tractor are the important guarantee to promote the conservation tillage technology.Thus,it is of great significance to study the no-till planter with the characteristics of good trafficability,high reliability and good seeding uniformity.The opener is an important working part of the no-till planter,and its type and structure parameters directly affect the seeding uniformity and operation effectiveness of the no-till planter.In this paper,the experimental study on the sowing depth and traction resistance of the double disc opener of 2BM-2 no-till planter and it was developed by the conservation tillage group of Northeast Agricultural University was carried out.The contents are as follows:(1)The 3-D solid modeling of 2BM-2 no-till planter was completed and the basic parameters and the overall structure of the no-till planter were determined.(2)The main parameters affected the sowing depth and traction resistance were determined through the theoretical analysis.They were the disc diameter D,the disc angle a and the advancing speed v of the double disc opener.(3)The disc diameter D,the disc angle a and the advancing speed v of the double disc opener were selected to carry out field single factor test.The Design-expert software was used to analyze the experimental data,and the result showed that the seeding depth uniformity was best when the disc diameter D is 300 mm,the disc angle a is 14°,and the advancing speed v is 2.15 km/h.(4)For the double disc opener structural parameters of the ditch resistance test analysis shows that:with the double disc opener disc diameter D and the disc angle a increases,ditch resistance gradually increased,the basic linear Increased trend.Based on the results of the above experimental study,the optimal structural parameters and the operating parameters of the double disc opener,which can provide the theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of the structural parameters of the double disc opener of no-tillage planter,and provide reference for the further study of no-tillage planter.
