| Vicia amoena is a kind of legume which has large biomass ,high nutrition and large distribution. In order to understand the bearing time, growth character, the over-ground biomass and nutrition content and layering distribution, prevention of seeds pest, a study on Vicia amoena of Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian was carried out. The thesis is consists of three parts. Firstly, samples were taken from June 12th to September 20th from two-year Vicia amoena at 6 different stages. We determined the mean biomass of each organ at each growth period and layering distribution of the over-ground biomass. Also, samples of each tissue were analyzed for N content and the averaged percent weight of total N- was recorded. The results showed that: (1)The accumulation of the over-ground biomass in different stages assumed S curve, and net accumulation was highly from July 20th to August 11th . (2) Along with the different sampling time and the increased height of plant, layering distribution of the over-ground biomass transferred from substrate to middle-level and super-stratum. The biomass of Vicia amoena which height below 60 cm was concentrated on the substrate; the biomass which height below 110 cm and above 60 cm was concentrated on the first and second layer; the biomass which height above 110 cm was concentrated on from first layer to third layer(August 11th ),from second layer to fifth layer(August 31st ),from second layer to forth layer(September 20th ). (3) Sexual reproduction was primary in life history, but the large biomass was not on genital organ. The highly biomass of reproductive organs was on August 31st. The biomass of leaf and stem was the largest in the over-ground biomass. (4) The mean percent total-N in leaf and stem decreased across all development stages. And the mean percent total-N in leaf was highly before August 11th .(5) The over-ground biomass was positively correlated with the N content of reproductive organs, it was mighty positively correlated with the height of plant. Secondly, the result of three insecticides' controlling vetch pests in the field showed that the controlling effects of the three insecticides were improved to 55.2~91.7 per cent, and the seeds damaged by insect pests were reduced from 32.5~43.2 per cent to 3.2~17.4 per cent. The best preventive time was from 30th July to 20th August every year. It is suggested that integrated preventative approaches should be adopted in practice; that is, 10% Bbrofluthrinate EC should be dominantly applied at the proper time, alternating with other insecticides. At last, compared with the growth character and CP content Vicia. amoena which has different ages, the results showed that: (1) because its short bearing and slow growth speed, stem-leaf ratio annual plant has few value in use, biennial and triennium have much more value in use than annual plant. (2) stem-leaf ratio of different ages increased across all development stages. annual plant increased slowly, biennial and triennium increased slowly before July 2nd , and increased quickly from July 2nd to July 22nd , became slowly after July 22nd . In all development stages, stem-leaf ratio of Vicia amoena still kept blow 1. (3) CP of different ages was different in different sampling time. Compared with biennial and triennium, the total-N content of annual plant has less. CP of biennial and triennium have similitude early, became obvious different after July 22nd . |
