The Study And Development On Data Manage System Of Forest Farm Resources Inventory

Forest is the principal part of the earth biome, regarding the arbor and other woody-plants as the main-part, is the corpus of the land ecosystem system. It is a foundation resources that mankind rely for existence, the important functions of forest including keeping water and soil, self-restraint headwaters, regulate the weather, windbreak and sand-fixation, decontamination air and beautify the environment. The forest resource is the matter elements of the forest farm, and is the core in studying forest and every work of forest is based on it. A practical, scientific and comprehensive forest resources information manage system is indispensable in modern forestry management. Under this position, the paper studies a way to get away from the complicated handicraft operation and manage the large quantity inventory data combining the forest resource management with modern computer technical.This paper is detailed to expatiate the way of designing and the method of developing system. Using the SQL Server2000, VB etc. as the tools, adopting the C/S structure, the part of the program develop the forest farm class MIS, used for proceeding to the forest resources inquisition data of the forestry station saving, searching, statistics and analyzing the basic data.Considering the fact of forestry, using VB language to design interface based on the SQL server and C/S structure is the best combination to developing the system, and developing the apply system. The paper is try to develop a scientific and reasonable forestry database, design a steady and convenience using-interface.
