Study On Several Issues Of Country Forest Resources Management Information System

Forest resource management information for county is the data source of the national forest resource information management, and the accuracy, reliability and timeliness have the direct effects on the other hierarchical data management and even the macroscopical decision-making of the whole forest industry. Therefore, the research and development of forest resource management information system for county will be substantially important for informatization of the national forest industry.In this paper, system science is adopted; the theory and real practice are tightly connected for the analysis. Just based on the analysis of the current development situation and the achievements of county forest resources management information system, the overall architecture of the management information system is further explored. And the basic model, system architecture and function structure are detailedly analyzed and some new design is also given in these aspects.Firstly, the construction of the forest resource management information system for county is macroscopically discussed. Then the two subsystems, data exchange and forest ownership management, are researched microscopically and minutely. The achievements of the detailed research are mainly listed below:(1) Just due to the need for the data sharing in different systems, and the influence of technologies, economy and people in the process of implementation of the management information system, the data exchange in heterogeneous databases are carefully discussed and probed.
