Two phase experiments were conducted to study the effects of dietary energy(ME) and crude protein(CP) and calcium(Ca) and phosphorus(P) on growth performance , feed conversion rate , blood biochemical parameters , tibiae composition and carcass quality of green goose(l~28days of age) and gosling(29~56 days of age). The orthogonal 4*3 factorial trial was used and 9 kind of diets were designed to determine the requirements of dietary metabolizable energy and crude protein and calcium and phosphorus of Hepu goose.During experiment phase one, the effects of dietary energy and crude protein and calcium and phosphorus level on growth performance , feed conversion rate , blood biochemical parameters , tibiae composition and carcass quality in green goose were studied. 270 one-day-old Hepu goose were allotted to 9 dietary treatments. Each group of 30 geese has 3 replicates. The orthogonal 4*3 factorial trial involves dietary metabolizable energy (ME),crude protein(CP),calcium(Ca) and phosphorus at three level to study their effects on green Hepu geese. The dietary metabolizable energy(ME) were 10.50 MJ/Kg 11.30 MJ/Kg 12.10 MJ/Kg; the crude protein levels were 16% 18% 20%; the calcium levels were 0.8% 0.9% 1.0%; the phosphorus levels were 0.3% 0.4% 0.5%.The aim was to study the effect of dietary different metabolizable energy , crude protein , calcium and phosphorus levels on growth performance and relative parameters, also to determinate appropriate levels of the four nutrients in green goose. The results of this experiment of 1~28 days of age Hepu goose showed: (1) With increasing of dietary ME level, ratio of feed intake to weight gain decreased significantly (P<0.05) and the efficiency of energy and carcass ratio increased significantly (P<0.05) . The lowest uric acid concentration in serum was in high energy treatment (P<0.05) , but the highest efficiency of crude protein and calcium was in medium energy treatment (P<0.01) . (2) With increasing of crude protein levels , the efficiency of phosphorus increased significantly (P<0.05) , but no significant difference between 18% crude protein treatment and 20% crude protein treatment (P>0.05); phosphorus concentration in serum decreased significantly (P<0.05), but 18% crude protein treatment had no significant difference compared with 18% crude protein treatment and 20% crude protein treatment (P>0.05); the efficiency of crude protein in 18% crude protein treatment was the highest. (3) Dietary calcium levels had significant effects (P<0.01) on the efficiency of crude protein and the efficiency of calcium and the efficiency of phosphorus and the content of phosphorus in tibiae; when dietary calcium levels were increasing , the content of phosphorus in tibiae and the efficiency of crude protein , the efficiency of calcium , the efficiency of phosphorus increased respectively ( P<0.01). (4) When dietary phosphorus levels were increasing , the efficiency of crude protein and the efficiency of calcium and the efficiency of phosphorus increased significantly (P<0.01).Comparing all quotas, in the condition of this experiment, thebest nutritive level in green Hepu geese diet can be: metabolizable energy 12.10 MJ/Kg , crude protein 18%, calcium 1.0%, phosphorus 0.5% respectively.During experiment phase two , the effects of dietary energy and crude protein and calcium and phosphorus level on growth performance , feed conversion , blood biochemical parameters , tibiae nutrition content and carcass quality in gosling were studied. 216 28-day-old Hepu goose were allotted to 9 dietary treatments. Each group of 24 geese has 3 replicates. The orthogonal 4*3 factorial trial involves dietary metabolizable energy (ME) , crude protein(CP) , calcium(Ca) and phosphorus (P) at three level to study their effects on Hepu gosling. The dietary metabolizable energy(ME) were 10.80 MJ/Kg 11.60 MJ/Kg 12.40 MJ/Kg; the crude protein levels were 13% , 15% 17%; the calcium leveis were 0.7%, 0.8% 0.9%; the phosphorus levels were 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5% ? The aim was to study the effect of dietary different m...
