As rice direct seeding spares such fussy processes as raising seedlings and drawing seedlings and transplanting rice seedlings, it is simplest planting manner among rice light planting technique. Using this technique, laboring intensity is low, and material resuming is little, and benefit is high, and operation is convenience. Therefore, rice direct seeding has a wide developing future.This article has applied computer virtual prototype technique and finite element method and optimization technique, adopted such optimization design method as designing parts firstly and designing entire system subsequently, studied the affection mechanism about how the parameters of electromagnetic seeding apparatus affected planting performance, optimized correlative parameters, specified design method and excellent group of correlative parameters, designed a virtual prototype of 6 row electromagnetic seeding apparatus ,carried simulation analysis to validate whether the virtual prototype was right or not. The research result shows: (1) As to vibrated seeding apparatus, all the points on the vibrated seeding plate vibrate consistently when the space between main vibrated springs in y axis is as 2/3 times as the length of seeding apparatus bracket, and the space between mainvibrated spring in x axis is as 6/7 times as the width of seeding apparatus bracket. (2) When the height of seeding apparatus bracket is 35mm, and the space between main springs is 300mm in the length direction of seeding apparatus, and the space between main springs is 90mm in the width direction of seeding apparatus; and the space between backboard springs is 230mm in the length direction of vibrated backboard, and the space between backboard springs is 90mm in the width direction of vibrated backboard; and the stiffness of linked spring is 634N/m, the height is 38mm, the length is 38mm; and the total stiffness of main spring is 57600N/m, the obliquity is 62° ; and the stiffness of backboard springs is 35085N/m, the obliquity is 66° , the seeding slots of seeding apparatus seed rice evenly and consistently, and at the same time , the work requirement of direct-seeding apparatus is satisfied.
