Among the technologies of mechanized direct seeding of rice, Rice bud seeding is the focus in the future research. As rice bud direct seeding spares such fussy processes as raising seedlings and drawing seedlings and transplanting. It is simplest planting manner among rice light planting technique. It is adapt to international developmental trend. To ensure the seeding uniformity and controlling the injury rate of rice bud seeds are the two problems of rice bud seeding at present. In this paper, the main work is to solve these problems. The current research of mechanized direct seeding are analyzed. And the test object is bud seeds of rice. According to the theory of vibration seeding, a Small Vibrated Seeding Apparatus of Rice Bud Seeds was designed. This seeder has simple structure and easy to carry and suitable for Southern farmers using. And in this paper some theoretical analyze about key part of the seeder and seeding tests also have done.The research was done as follows:(1)The material feature of rice bud seeds Ⅱyou416used in human were measured. The measurable items are as follow:the size of three ways, the repose angle; the sliding friction angle with aluminum alloy plank, the repose angle and sliding friction angle under vibration force field.(2)Introducing the overall structure and working principle about the Small Vibrated Seeding Apparatus of Rice Bud Seeds And do some states about the design of the key components.(3) This paper expounds the theory that vibration can improve the fluidization. And some analyze was done about the movement and force of seeds in the course of work. Through the analysis we get the influence factors of seeds fluidization and the relevant formula were summarize.And we find the influence factors of the fluidization about seeds in the Seed bucket when the machine works.(4) Building the Seeding mechanism test platform to do seeding tests. Single factor test and orthogonal regression test were made. Through single factor test and analyze, this paper find out the relationship between the test parameter about vibration amplitude, vibration frequency, vibration Angle and the test index about the seed qualified rate, bud damage rate and seeding uniformity work. Using Design-Expert8.0software to analysis orthogonal regression test results, building the mathematical model about the relationship between test parameter and test index; And finding out the order of priority about test parameter. Then optimizing the model of optimal parameter combination:the optimal vibration amplitude is0.48mm; the optimal vibration frequency is46.33Hz; optimal the vibration An_gle is5.57°.And doing some retests to verify predicted optimal value which Proved to be reliable.This paper lay a foundation for the design and test of Vibrated Seeding Apparatus of Rice Bud Seeds.
