Rice direct seeding has the advantage of saving the cost of seedling cultivation and planting and it is suitable for large-scale mechanization,and has become a hot research at home and abroad at present.operations of rice drought broadcast demand is very high on metering device yet it is not to choose from a kind of mature rice seed metering device,greatly limits the diversification of the rice drought broadcast.The rice seed metering device on the market are almost converted to by wheat and corn seed metering device,there is a big flaw in practicality,also can’t completely adapt to the rice seeding.In this paper,the problems of rice drought Liao Ning province machine existing,there is no mature model,seeding uniformity is not stable in china,optimization design for rice drought machine,a scoop the rice drought hole planter was developed,implements a complete fertilization,rotary tillage,furrowing and seeding,suppression,and other functions,through the performance simulation and field test verifies,the performance the design requirements of the broadcast machine is meet and can provide a reference research and development for similar machinery(1)Design a scoop rice planter.the original of rice planter suppress wheel,opener performance are analyzed through the field experiment,aiming at the main problems and determine the improvement plan.the seed metering device,opener,suppress wheel and other components to design of rice drought planter by using SOLIDWORKS software,and the metering device and suppress wheel is analyzed with mechanics,mathematical model is set up;And analysis of key parts are simulated with the simulation analysis method,to determine the design to improve the seed planter uniformity and covering effect,ensure to meet the design requirements.(2)Performance testing of indoor to the rice drought planter.finding the relationship of speed and each point of particle number,speed and uniformity of the seed,speed and injury rate from the measurement data verify that the row of kind of performance whether meet the requirements,if not satisfied,and continued to optimize design.finally,design of rice direct seeding with scoop metering mechanism.(3)The field experiment of the planter,its technical feasibility was verified.The experimental results showed that:productivity is 2.1 ×10~4.1 ×103m2.h-1,the coefficient of variation of seeding uniformity is 4.7%,all emissions stability coefficient of variation of average was 5.5%,total emissions stability coefficient of variation of average is 2.3%;hole distance between 14.4 and 16.4 cm and the average hole is apart from the coefficient of variation was 12.7%;the average number of particles is 15 in each point,it’s coefficient of variation is 9%,damage rate is 2%~3%,suppress wheel slip rate was 5.9%.the forward speed of tractor is 0.4 m/s,the depth of opener is 40mm,the height of suppress wheel is 140mm by furrow covering orthogonal test through the above data can be obtained,the machine performance is stable,injury rate low,improve the covering effect compared with the original rice drought broadcast machine and a kind of stability,the design requirements of all the indexes is meet.
