Rice direct seeding is the simplest planting manner among rice light planting technique and has a wide developing future. The electromagnetic vibrated seeding apparatus performance of Rice direct-seeding machine has a crucial effect on its working performance and it's popularized application. So it is important to do an in-depth experiment research on performance affecting factors of the electromagnetic vibrated seeding apparatus, to find main factors and to study mechanism on affecting performance of the electromagnetic vibrated seeding apparatus, and to choose preferable working parameters. These studies which have important theoretical significances and practical values can present some theoretical basis on design and improvement of the electromagnetic vibrated seeding apparatus on rice direct-seeding machine.Based on the physical machine manufactured by Virtual Prototype , an indoor physical experiment is carried out on the main affecting structure factors (main vibration springs, backboard springs, linked springs) and physical factors (electric current, voltage) for the electromagnetic vibrated seeding apparatus of 2BD-6 rice direct-seeding machine by the quadratic general rotary unitized design. By means of statistical analysis, the mathematical regression equation model is established between experiment factors and the coefficient of consistent variation of seeding amount to every line and the coefficient of stable variation of total seeding amount. Subsequently, the influences of each experiment factor and it's interaction to the coefficient of consistent variation of seeding amount to every line and the coefficient of stable variation of total seeding amount are analyzed. The affecting mechanism between vibration frequency and perpendicular velocity of metering disc and the coefficient of consistent variation of seeding amount to every line and the coefficient of stable variation of total seeding amount are further discussed by graphs of DHDAS data acquisition and frequency analysis when each factor is changed. The respective index optimization of test factor study is done, and the index is synthetically optimized and the preferable combination of factors is gained. The stiffness of main vibration spring is 57540 N/m, the stiffness of backboard spring is 46394 N/m, the width of linked spring is 4.8 mm, electric current is 1.47 A, voltage is 12V. The results show that the coefficient of consistent variation of seeding amount to every line is less than 3.313 percent and the coefficient of stable variation of total seeding amount is less than 0.7992 percent under the combination of synthetical optimization factors...
