Shepod, Zihuabai , Desiree ,Neishu.No3 were used as the material of experiment. The objective of this study was to inverstigate the general regulation of low reducing sugar content to potato tuber in growing period and store period. The experimental result indicated: 1 The reducing sugar content in tuber decreased gradually in growing period.The reducing sugar content in tuber showed height negative correlation with the reducing sugar content in leaf at the inflated period of tuber,showed positive correlation with the reducing sugar content in stem during growing period; The reducing sugar content in tuber showed negative correlation with the dissolving sugar content in leaf and correlation coefficient increased gradually,showed positive correlation with dissolving sugar content in stem and tuber,and reached remarkable level from tuber inflation to starch accumulation period;The reducing sugar content in tuber showed unremarkable negative correlation with the starch content in stem and tube; The reducing sugar content in tuber showed remarkable or very remarkable positive correlation with the leaf area per plant,the total amount of chlorophyll,the chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b after the inflated period of tuber,showed remarkable or very remarkable positive correlation with the velocity of reducing sugar increasing in tuberization and starch accumulation period, showed height positive correlation with dry matter per plant,showed unremarkable positive correlation with the velocity of tuber increasing; The reducing sugar content in tuber showed negative correlation with starch-phosphorylase activity,showed positive correlation with invertase and reached remarkable level in reaping time. 2 The reducing sugar content in tuber increased wavely during storage. The results of correlation analyses showed that the reducing sugar content in tuber showed very remarkable positive correlation with the dissolving sugar content in tuber in the early period of storage, showed remarkable negative correlation with starch content; The reducing sugar content in tuber showed obviouse negative relation with starch-phosphorylase activity,showed positive correlation with invertase and reached very remarkable level at storage 60 day, showed unremarkable positive correlation with relative electric conductivity in tuber,showed negative correlation with superoxide dismutase and reached remarkable level at storage 105 day.
